Price Quotes:  Quotations, unless otherwise stated, are for immediate acceptance and are subject to withdrawal without notice. Clerical and inadvertent errors are subject to correction. Shipping dates are carefully approximated, but not guaranteed. Quotations normally will be Ex-Works Factory if freight is not specified.

Returns:  Freight returns without an RMA issued by VSI will be refused.  Returns must have an authorized RMA number by submitting a customer service request.  If approved by VSI, credit will be issued. 

Defective Items -  Complete our customer service request and obtain an RMA number prior to any return. 

Shipping Rates and Policies

Claims:  Report any loss or damage to the carrier immediately and request an inspection. Remember, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of product to the carrier.

The completions of all agreements are subject to strikes, fire, action of government agencies, labor disputes and all other accidents or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either the manufacturer or Virtual Scientific Industries. Sales are subject to terms of payment as listed above or otherwise noted on a Virtual Scientific Industries quotations.
