VSI's goal is to provide a wide selection of brand-name computer products available 24 hours per day over the Internet. In doing so, we adhere to the following terms and conditions. 

By default, we use UPS for shipments within the United States unless you stipulate otherwise in our shipping option form. You are provided with the UPS tracking number by e-mail.

International Shipments require special arrangements. Please complete the shipping option form.

VSI attempts to ship your order within 48 hours of being placed, unless product is on back order, limited availability or special order status. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day.

Products can be shipped using standard UPS Ground shipping, two day air, or next day expedited. VSI charges a low, flat shipping and handling fee ($4.95 or $8.95) for UPS Ground Deliveries. VSI charges shipping fees for a orders delivered via Two Day Air or Next Day Expedited based on the UPS shipping cost to your zip code. These charges can be verified by consulting the UPS shipping tables. For orders over 150 pounds, VSI will ship via common carrier truck. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, In addition to applicable shipping, transaction and insurance fees. 

VSI does not ship to APOs, Mexico, Canada or any International addresses without coordinating the shipping with the customer who MUST complete and submit our .shipping option form.
